Should an unavoidable breakdown occur during normal working hours,
our committed Service Support Team aims to schedule an authorised TORMAX
engineer to attend the site of a reported fault within 24 hours.
The Health and Safety Directive clearly recommends that automatic doors
should be regularly maintained to ensure their safe operation.
TORMAX'S specifically created annual Planned Maintenance Contracts include
at least two pre-set call-outs per year and the peace of mind provided
by emergency support.
